Turkish Encoding problem

How can i set Turkish encoding?
in eclipse i have chosen ISO-859 for turkish encoding
+ in button's css i have set Arial Tur Font..
but still cannot see some characters :(

Do you see those characters when running Google's GWT examples in hosted mode?

This sounds like a question for Google's GWT forum.

Yes in gwt hosted mode. In eclipse I see correct characters.
but in hosted or browser mode I cannot see them.

OK solved. we need to use turkish characters AS UTF-8
other eclipse encodings are not reconised with GWT...
