It appears to me a GWT EntryPoint such as the ImageViewer.java example looks for a ../public/ImageViewer.html. Is there a modify that relationship? For example, I would like ImageViewer to use ../public/index.html instead.

You can now specify the HTML file to use with the GWT Application Launch Configuration in the latest build.
