I have downloaded the .exe installer, but this just dies a couple of seconds afte rthe splash screen is shown,
This happens for 1.0.1 and 1.0.0
I assumed it was something to do with the config of my XP Professional sp2 laptop, but exactly the same thing happened on my Win2003 machine.
Any ideas?
Thanks
David

Create a shortcut to the installer with the following flags:
\GWTDesigner_v1.0.0_win32_x86.exe" -debug -out install.log --verbose
Look in the install.log file (located where the install file is) to see what's causing this.

Geat, the log output showed that I was using my JDK1.3 installation.
Configured 1.4 to be first in the path and everything is now OK.
Thankyou.
