RFE: FormPanel

Dear All,

FormPanel 'encoding' and 'method' values should be in a combobox.

Also, whenever the user adds FileUpload as a subwidget, encoding should be set to MultiPart and method is set to Post.

What about having an empty action servlet implementation, and updating web.xml servlet tags.

Both of these enhancements are now available in the latest build.
