Postby chuhan » Thu Jan 04, 2007 3:42 pm

Hi,

I'm getting an out-of-memory error when i use the Designer's deploy feature. It happens in gwt compilation ( java --> script ).

Please, let me know any workaround.

thank for your help in advance.

Have you tried starting up Eclipse with more memory?

Hi, Eric.

It seems that Designer should provide a way for user to pass the max memory size to the ant task, 'java', in build.xml. I could successfully compile after increasing the max memory size in the Designer-generated build file by adding 'maxmory' property.

thanks

The latest v1.0.1 build now includes a new field on the deployment dialog for setting the maximum amount of memory used by the GWT compiler...
