Properties for Designer Features" reports error

I have installed "GWT Designer for Eclipse 3.2 — 1.0.0 Release
Supports IE6 and GWT 1.1.10" (I can't get the version with GWT 1.2 to work!)

In Eclipse the "Properties for Designer Features" reports this error:

Plug-in "com.instantiations.css" version "1.0.0" referenced by this feature is missing.

What does this mean. What is missing?

What do you mean by you can't get it to work?

That sounds like an Eclipse configuration problem. Try restarting Eclipse with the -clean option. If that does not work, try deleting everything in your Eclipse /configuration directory except the config.ini file.
