Internationalization disappeared?

I've just installed the GWTDesigner 1.0.1 with following computer configurations:

Windows XP SP2
J2SE SDK 1.5.0_07
Eclipse 3.2.1
GWTDesigner 1.0.1
GWT 1.2.11


The GWTDesigner can start without any problem, but it seems to have something disappeared (in comparing with some screenshots), such as the Externalize String button, Locale drop down box, etc...

And I'm currently unable to do Internationalization on my sample project, is there any steps I've missed?
