No, it overrides the previous version.

You can check by: Help -> About Eclipse SDK -> Instantiations Icon -> "Build id"

Notice that there are usually many builds per days.

FYI...we use a continuous build process, so every time any code changes (new feature, bug fix, etc.), a new build is created.
