Sounds like you need to add the SWT DLL to your path.

This is covered in the Designer FAQ.

i have added the path follow by my book :
eclipse\plugins\com.swtdesigner_4.2.0\os\win32\x86\SWTDesigner.dll

and this path only one .dll file

Why are you adding that DLL to your path? That DLL is used by the Designer plugin. It is not needed for your application.

As I said earlier, you need to add the SWT DLL to your path. This is covered in the Designer FAQ entry I pointed you to earlier.

If you have problems running an SWT application, you should post those questions to the Eclipse SWT newsgroup.
