Lost Activation Key

I bought SWT Designer but then had to rebuild my laptop and have lost the key. Can someone please contact me with my key.

In order to get a new activation key, you need to use the product activation wizard.

I tried using the wizard and it won't work direct over the web. Some error 2. I then did a by e-mail registration. Since I have purchased this... will I be in your activation database so it will send me my real serial number?

You need to enter your serial number. The activation system will send you an activation key.

The problem is that I misplaced the serial number. I still have the electronic receipt showing I purchased it. What should I do?

If you can't find that, you will need to contact our sales department at sales@instantiations.com.

I will send another e-mail to them but, I have sent 4 e-mails to sales and support looking for them to send me my serial already. Is there anyway to make sure they give me a response. I have been trying to get my serial number for over a month now.

You need to check your Yahoo e-mail account as we have repeatedly responded to your e-mail requests. I have responded to three of them personally (on 10/30, 11/5 and 11/8).

Either your SPAM filter is eating the messages or the e-mail address you provided us is no good.

Bottom line: we can't help you, if we can't reach you.
