Error installing SWT Designer

I'm trying to install WindowBuilder Pro and kept getting an error so I tried doing each package separately. I got GWT Designer, Swing Designer, and WindowBuilder Engine without any problems but when I try and do SWT Designer I get the following error.

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.jee, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Unable to read repository at http://dl.google.com/eclipse/inst/d2wbp ... 301638.jar.
The server dl.google.com failed to respond

Anyone have any idea if I'm doing something incorrectly or if something is screwy right now?

That is usually caused by a local communications problem.

I woud simply try it again after restarting Eclipse.

Eclipse got restarted every time one of those packages was installed yesterday but I tried again this morning with no luck. So I tried restarting my computer and it still isn't working. Is there a way I can just download the package and using the installer point it to the file on my computer instead of the dl server?

Perfect, that was exactly what I was looking for. You should suggest to who ever is in charge of the website that they should add those links to http://code.google.com/javadevtools/download-wbpro.html

Now that WindowBuilder is an open source project through Eclipse.org, you should look there for these files...
