Does Designer support external XML definition files?

Postby Hoagie » Wed Jun 08, 2005 9:46 am

Hello all.

With Designer, can I export my GUI code to a XML file and then load it via a class loader? Such as what JFormDesigner and abeille do with (or can do with) their code, instead of having it generated into Java code.

Thanks!

No. Designer generates pure, clean Java code that does not require any additional runtime support libraries (as would be the case with an XML-based solution).
