Error running my first SWT app

Received the following error when I tried to run my first SWT app:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no swt-win32-2135 in java.library.path

It's just a trivial form with a button that toggles text when clicked -- nothing special. I'm guessing it's an SWT configuration issue, but need some guidance as to where / how to fix it.

This is not really problem with Designer, but with SWT.

In short you need to copy swt-win32-2135.dll to c:\windows\system32

Note the date. That link was posted almost four years ago. The Eclipse Wiki moved a long time ago.
