I can't install wbp

I want to install window builder pro in eclipse 3.6,but I can't do it .
I follow the introduce ,in the "install new software",I enter" http://download.instantiations.com/D2WB ... pdate/3.6/ ",but I can't get repository.The detail is :
Unable to read repository at http://download.instantiations.com/D2WB ... pdate/3.6/.

http://download.instantiations.com/D2WB ... pdate/3.6/ is not a valid repository location.
why,is this url is wrong or ,it doesn't work.

Instantiations was acquired by Google in August of 2010, so those URLs have not been valid for a very long time.
