Does WB have Web App designer functionality similar to the control drag-and-drop functionality of SWT Designer? I have a Java core app running on a server and need to design a browser screen to access it. Can do it in MS Visual Studio with VB/C+/J++ kind of thing, but thought surely there was a way to do it with WB/Java/JavaScript.

You can either use SWT Designer to build Eclipse RAP applications...
http://www.eclipse.org/rap/...or you can use GWT Designer to build GWT/AJAX apps...
http://code.google.com/webtoolkit/Swing Designer could be used to create Java/Swing-based web apps.
WindowBuilder does not include any kind of HTML editor for building traditional web pages.
