CTRL+TAB to switch between eclipse tabs (only) ?

Postby TEMP USER » Sat Nov 13, 2010 12:57 am

hi,

i know that i can set eclipse to switch between its tabs, but when i have window builder in a specific tab, the key binding that i've chosen (which is CTRL+TAB) doesn't switch between the source tabs, but only the window builder tabs(source, design ,binding) ,meaning that once i got to a window builder tab, i cannot go outside of it using this combination .

is there a way to seperate between the two?
i mean, maybe i will have a key for switching between window builder tabs and a different key for switching between normal eclipse tabs?

thanks.
it seems that the switching doesn't do wrapping,so that if i press CTRL+TAB when i'm at the last tab, it doesn't do anything, instead of switching to the first one.it also seems that switching to tabs by histroy isn't available.
is it possible to do any of those things?

The Next/Previous Tab function in Eclipse does not appear to wrap.

Ctrl+F6 (Next Editor) appears to let you select an arbitrary tab
