Minor Annoyance

The ResourceManager class needs to have its collections type safe. It creates a slew of warnings. I dont know if eclipse 3.1M4 requires sdk1.5. If it doesn's then I understand the innability to fix this.

Eclipse 3.0 and 3.1 require JDK 1.4. Eclipse 3.1 can also work with 1.5, but it is not required.
