SWT Designer allows you to create the views, editors, perspectives, pref pages, composites, etc. that comprise Eclipse SWT & RCP applications and plug-ins.

I would suggest to add a parameter to the ResourceManager.decorateImage() method which would
allow drawing the decorator in one of the four corners of the base image:
TOP_LEFT, TOP_RIGHT, BOTTOM_LEFT and BOTTOM_RIGHT.
Also the Images produced as a result of the decoration are not being disposed in the dispose method of the ResourceManager. I think they should be.

This is available in the latest v3.0.1 build.
