How to Use SWT-Designer on an Existing SWT Project

Postby tyronehed » Mon Dec 27, 2004 9:06 am

I have an SWT Project already underway. I would like to do future development using SWT-Designer.

What elements must I add to my existing project so that SWT-Designer will recognise it? When I attempt to just open my existing SWT project in SWT-Designer, it gives me an error message: "Unknown Window Type: Parsing Error". Can anyone please tell me how to rectify this?

Thank you,
Ty

Nothing. You can use it with any project.

Send us any exceptions from your Eclipse ".log" file.

Did you delete your Eclipse "configuration" directory after installing Designer? If not, do that and re-restart Eclipse.
