'Design' and 'Source' tab not visible

SWT Designer allows you to create the views, editors, perspectives, pref pages, composites, etc. that comprise Eclipse SWT & RCP applications and plug-ins.

'Design' and 'Source' tab not visible

When I open any new SWT Application or JFace dialog or SWT examples, I able to see only the code. Iam not able to see the 'Source' or 'Design' tab at the bottom.
The Eclipse version which iam having is 2.1.0 and Graphical Editor Framework version is 2.1.0
Please help me out, since this is very urgent for me.

You need Eclipse and GEF 2.1.1, not 2.1.0.
