SWT Designer allows you to create the views, editors, perspectives, pref pages, composites, etc. that comprise Eclipse SWT & RCP applications and plug-ins.

I am losing Cursor from position where I am editing to
begin of the Widget (Control) creation. This happens
when are editing the line, which is not completed, but
Eclipse shows that there errors (as you edit) , then
suddenly Cursor position goest begin of Widget
(Button button = new Button(shell), for example).
Is there any way stop this behavior. It is making very
difficult to change source when I am using Designer.

I found "Sync Delay" in preferences and increased to delay
syncing, so that I can edit. But it would have been nice to
have 'Sync/Stop' button to control sync, so that we can
edit longer than delay you set up.

That sounds like a good suggestion. If you set up Designer to use separate Designer and Source views, you could also avoid this problem.
