Running Fedora 11
Galileo
I ran help->Install New Software and selected:
http://download.instantiations.com/D2WB ... est/E-3.5/The install went as expected and help->About Eclipse->Installation Details shows WB Pro installed
When I try to use it File->New->Other Developer isn't in the list as it is with an earlier version on
Windows.
I suspect I am missing something basic - as usual.
Thanks for any assistance

Always a good idea to start with the docs...

Absolutely right.
I have several projects working on Windows but on the Linux install I don't even get access to any Window Builder screens, not even where I need to put in the registration number.
That is why I said File -> New -> other where I would expect to find Designer as one of the options.
Thanks

Looks like you changed it so that in now shows up as Window Builder rather than Designer, didn't scroll down far enough.
Some of us are easily confused.
Thanks

That is why I included the link to the Wizard docs and the screen shot.

Thanks for your replies.
I had a lot fewer finger problems when we were using your Smalltalk Product but perhaps I could read better back then. WB Pro is certainly a first class product as well.

As much as I love the Smalltalk version (I should since I created it
), it is quite primitive compared to the Java version of WindowBuilder.
