We are considering using the SWT Designer to create an SWT application with a large number of windows, so than many different people will contribute on designing these. To ensure a consistent look we would like to limit the colors which can be selected in the property editor inside the SWT Designer. This should apply to the color property editor for all widgets (also standard ones like org.eclipse.swt.widgets.Label). Is there a way one can do this?

No. That applies to fonts and other properties as well.
