New FormLayout & JFace ApplicationWindow Demos Available

Postby Eric Clayberg » Tue Nov 25, 2003 3:59 pm

A new demo that shows how to use the FormLayout layout manager with SWT Designer has been made available.

A new demo showing how to create JFace Application Windows has also been created.

Note that support for FormLayout and JFace Application Windows is only available in the professional edition of SWT Designer.

I just checked out the referenced FormLayout example:

...and it seems to be a demo of the Menu Editor. Bad link?

Hmmm. I just checked the links and they seemed to be fine. The FormLayout link...

...seems to run the FormLayout demo when I click on it.

Thanks for the reply. I did a little more testing with the above URL, and here's the results:

1) Using Safari or Camino, OSX, Flash7 plugin - I see the Menu demo.
2) Using Firebird, Win32, Flash6 plugin - I see the Menu demo.
3) Using MSIE, Flash5 plugin - I see the FormLayout demo.

So something's weird... :)

Very weird. I had tried MSIE, so that explains why it worked for me at least.
