Is there any plans to support jface field assist in design mode of swt designer ??

Yes. Our initial plans are to specifically support TextControlCreator and ComboControlCreator (rather than trying to provide generic support for IControlCreator which is quite messy).

I don't have a schedule for when this will be available yet.
