support/activity/where to go?

Looking at the forum, which seems to be the only source of support (let me know if it is not!), there has been no support activity for over a month.

What are the steps someone needs to accomplish to address any issues? Although it is free, since it isn't open source can not rely on the community to support the product

If there is discussions/migrations of the product that we are not aware of, let us know please!

Currently, unless you have a paid Support contract, this forum is the only other option.
