Swing documentation?

Postby jbwiv » Wed Nov 03, 2004 5:27 pm

We purchased WindowBuilderPro for both SWT and Swing support, but are currently only using the Swing capabilities.

However, I'm struggling to find any documentation on the GridBadLayout or SwingLayout features (or general swing support, for that matter).

There is a demo that goes through the GridBagLayout, and it revealed quite a few features I had missed. Am I overlooking some written documentation somewhere? I can't seem to find any in either the Eclipse help files or the online manual.

Thanks,

Jb

Most of the docs aren't specifc to either SWT or Swing. In general, the only difference between SWT Designer and Swing Designer are the widgets and layout managers available.

The best docs available for specific Swing features are the on-line flash demos covering...

Docs covering various options and features specific to Swing Designer are available here:
In addition, using SpringLayout is almost exactly like using SWT FormLayout, so the FormLayout Demo and FormLayout docs would be good to review.
