FavoritesManager in7.2.3

In the code given for the FavoritesManager there is a call to a constructor of FavoriteResource with just one parameter (in the loadFavorites()) method of FavoritesManager.

However in the code for FavoriteResource, there is only one constructor with two arguments. If I look at the code that is available in the download then iot is the same story. Is there supposed to be a one-argument constructor here (at this section in the book) or is it a typo?

I am working through the book so do not want to just download the zip file and run it. Please tell me how this method is supposed to work.
