Opening a MS Document Thru IE From Smalltalk

I am using VA 7.0. I have a UI that wraps MS Word. I can set the percentage to be view by executing anObject propertyAt: 'Percentage' withArguments: nil put: 100 where an object is the wordActiveWindow (OLE controller). Now I want to open up the file save in MS Word into IE. The IE is wrapped in a smalltalk UI. The file displays properly except the percentage is set to 125. Also the page layout defaults to Print Layout View. Does anyone know how to set from smalltalk the page layout to Web Layout View or set the Percentage to 100 once IE is open?
