Hello,
in #JSStream class -> #encodeString:to: is a call to #Character -> #asUnicode. But this method does not exist. Maybe this has been forgotten to migrate to VASmalltalk?
Kind regards
Klaus

This is a known problem. There is a fair amount of Unicode stuff missing from Beta1.
