VA 8 Beta 1 : DateAndTime abtXmlFromString: doesn't work

Hello,

there is still a problem with DateAndTime in VA 8.
The following statement should return false but returns true :
(DateAndTime abtXmlFromString: '2008-01-01T00:00:00.000Z') asLocal offset ~= (DateAndTime abtXmlFromString: '2008-07-01T00:00:00.000Z') asLocal offset

There should be one hour difference.
