Will this be supported in a future version as this is brilliant for creating Gui's.

We have no short term plans to support the UI Binder as that is an XML-based API. We plan to support GWT 2.0, but only the Java API. GWT Designer is a Java GUI tool. It is not an XML tool. We might choose to support XML at some point in the future, but that won't be any time soon. It will also require many months of extra work.
