We are currently working on SmartGWT support. It is a huge effort.

Eric,
This is great news! We recently selected SmartGWT for a project I'm working on and it will be very nice to have designer support for it. Currently we are reduced to using our GWT designer plugins just for async interface and hosted mode launching support. Any idea on the timeframe?

Within the next couple of months. GWT 2.0 support is currently our top priority. Once that is done, we will go back to working on SmartGWT support.
