MacOS -- Cannot run...

After creation of a project, when i try to run (MacOS):

the file is there...

if i run kitchen sink from the shell Google provides, it works nicely.

Make sure you are using GWT 1.4.61, Eclipse 3.3.2 or 3.4M4/5 and GWT Designer 4.0.0.

Earlier versions of Eclipse will not work with OSX 10.5 (as stated many times in this forum).
