Use GWT Designer 2.0.1 for GWT 1.4.60

Please use GWT Designer 2.0.1 for GWT 1.4.60.

GWT Designer 2.0.0 predates GWT 1.4.60 by almost two months and does not support that version (as stated on our web site).
