If you use the File->Project>GWT Remote Service wizard to create a remote service on a project originally create by GWT projectCreator/applicationCreator, the wizard does not create the Async file in the client directory. It correctly generates all 3 service files if the project is initially create in GWT designer. To duplicate the problem, run the GWT projectCreator, run the GWT applicationCreator, import the project into Eclipse, convert the project into a GWT project and then run the GWT Remote Service wizard. Only the Service and ServiceImpl files are created, not the ServiceAsync file.
