There are no CSS Files refered from modules HTML error.

I'm starting to use GWT Designer. In this case in the panel i clicked on the style it displays error :

"There are no CSS Files referred from modules HTML error."

The HTML file has the following line...
<link type="text/css" rel='stylesheet' href='xyz.css'/>.

How do i fix this error.
