SWT Designer allows you to create the views, editors, perspectives, pref pages, composites, etc. that comprise Eclipse SWT & RCP applications and plug-ins.

I'd like to be able to right click on a MenuBar or SubMenu or MenuItem and have an 'expose...' option as per all the other widgets. Is there a reason this is not implemented?

This is available in the latest v4.3.1 build.
