Supporting for external Resource Bundle class?

Swing designer has an internal, buildin tool to externalize Strings for Labels, buttons...etc. When bundle the class and resources with the Frame/ Panel, all the Labels show nicely in the design view.

I created my own resource bundle class which loads different property files based on the input parameters, but the design view won't recognize it. I have to place this panel, frame into another application/frame to see these resources in the design view. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
