Linux Install problem (root vs. non-root)

Postby joeslow » Wed Oct 01, 2003 12:10 am

Hi there,
I installed SWT Designer to give it a testdrive. Now I experience an odd effect. If I run eclipse as root the plugin is there but if I run eclipse as a normal user it isn't. Can anybody shed some light onto this?
I'm running eclipse 2.1.1 and the latest GEF runtime and tried SWT Designer Free 1.1.2
