Can't install SWT Designer to Helios from update site

Using update site Eclipse 3.6 (Helios) - http://dl.google.com/eclipse/inst/d2wbpro/latest/3.6

Tried several time with restart of Eclipse but still getting the same error. Please advice

The update site bits are fine on our end, so I would recommend trying it again with a new, clean Eclipse installation.

I would like to make some closer investigation. Why proxy server generates such error during installation of plugins? I've got many proxy servers and they are very similar in configuration but on some of them the problem occurs and on the others not. Where can I look for the solution? Or maybe somebody knows why this happens?
I would be very grateful for any help.

This is entirely an Eclipse Update Manager issue and unrelated to anything in the WindowBuilder / Designer update site.

If you want answers to your exact questions about why Eclipse has problems like this, your best course of action would be to ask in the Eclipse newsgroups. That isn't something we can help you with.
