I just installed Eclipse 3.5.2 and need to purchase an update copy of SWT Designer. Since Instantiations was purchased by Google, how does one go about ordering this software?

The product is currently unavailable for purchase. It will be available again soon once it has been properly Googlized.
if you have an existing license and need to update to the latest build now, send a request to the new Google WindowBuilder support address (sent to all registered, paid users three weeks ago).
