display problem in the form editor

using version 7.5.0.r35x201005260747 I keep on getting the layout decorator ui in wrong positions, see screenshot

2. Please include also source code.

the problem is not the layout, but in the fact that all form decorations move significantly up.. it only happens when I test the form.. the workaround then is close the file in the editor and reopen.

Give this a try using the latest SWT Designer v7.5 build.
