Activating SWT Professional

Postby cbwilliamsva » Tue Nov 02, 2004 2:39 pm

I downloaded SWT Designer and did my 30 day eval. I then decided to use the free version and after using the free version, decided to upgrade to the professional version. When I received my serial number I activated it through the wizard and was told that it was properly activated.

Now, when I run Eclipse, I get the notice that I'm using the Free version.

What do I need to do to fix this?

Thanks in advance,
Chuck

According to our records, you purchased and successfully activated Swing Designer (SWT Designer's sister product).

Thus, you can use all of the Swing Designer Pro features, but you are limited to using the free features of SWT Designer.

SWT Designer purchase

Postby cbwilliamsva » Tue Nov 02, 2004 5:07 pm

I thought I purchased SWT Designer as shown by the e-mail I received with my serial number.

Can I change my license to SWT Designer please as that's what I wanted to purchase.

Thank you,

My serial number is for Swing Designer, but I wanted to and thought I was buying SWT Designer. Can I switch my license please?

Thank you in advance,
