Adding a MenuItem into a PopuMenu

Postby aoriglia » Wed Oct 20, 2004 11:48 pm

Hi,

I downloaded the v2.1.1 Stable Build (2004.10.20).
Using this version of Designer, the insertion of a MenuItem into a PopupMenu seems to be impossible.

Thanks

It isn't impossible, but it does appear to require an extra step. When you click on the popup menu, a blank menu item appears as the drop target for a new menu item. Apparently, you need to actually click on that blank item in order to give it the drop focus or prime it to accept a new menu item. If the popup icon menu itself has focus, it won't accept a new menu item. Obviously, this is not the desired behavior, and we will fix it shortly.

This has now been fixed in the latest v2.1.1 update.
