Trouble Installing Designer 2.0.0 for Eclipse 3.0RC1 OSWIN2K

I am trying to Install Designer and I am getting this exception in the log file. Can you Please Help

That looks like an Eclipse 3.0 problem, not a Designer problem.

I would suggest deleting your Eclipse "configuration" directory and restarting. That is the standard first step for any Eclipse 3.0 configuration problem.
