New Editor Layout Options

The new v1.2.3 beta of SWT Designer includes new options to conttol the layout of the Designer editor. You can now control the position of the canvas relative to the widget tree and property pane and control whether the design view and source view show up as separate tabs or next to each other (above/below or side-by-side) in a split pane.
