SWT Designer to create UIs for the
Mylar project...

That work was only possible because of the great help of the SWT Designer product. Conceptually it is no different from Eclipse's own Visual Editor project, but it has much better support for SWT and JFace and generally handles code round-tripping much better. So, I was able to focus on visual aspects of UI components and only needed very minor adjustments in the Java code afterwards. I highly recommend this product for the UI development in Eclipse.
